Industrial Maintenance Technician – Chandler, AZ

We are seeking mechanically inclined Maintenance Technicians to maintain and support aluminum extrusion press equipment in an industrial manufacturing environment. This role is primarily mechanical, with some electrical maintenance responsibilities. Candidates with experience maintaining injection molding presses may be a strong fit, as the equipment is similar.

Responsibilities

• Perform mechanical maintenance and support on aluminum extrusion press equipment.
• Assist with equipment maintenance, repairs, and component replacement.
• Work with hydraulic systems, motors, and related mechanical equipment.
• Perform basic electrical maintenance and understand motor controls.
• Use welding skills as needed to support maintenance activities.
• Follow safety procedures and learn company-specific maintenance processes.
• Work collaboratively with the maintenance team to support production operations.

Qualifications

• Previous industrial maintenance or mechanical maintenance experience preferred.
• Experience with one or more of the following: hydraulics, welding, or equipment maintenance.
• Injection molding press experience is a plus.
• Basic electrical knowledge and understanding of motor controls.
• Mechanically inclined with the ability to work on industrial equipment.
• No PLC programming or advanced electrical troubleshooting required.
• Must be able to communicate in English; bilingual candidates are welcome.

Schedule & Work Environment
