Schedule: Mon-Fri 8-5pm (40 hours per week)

Hourly Rate: $23.00 - 26.00 / Hour

3 month contract (possible transition to permanent)

Job Details:

• Partner with Providers before, during, and after visits to support patient care.
• Be the friendly, trusted face members rely on during visits, helping with translation, gathering information, taking vitals, and answering questions.
• Perform phlebotomy and other essential medical tasks as directed by the Provider.
• Help close care gaps, review consent forms, and keep documentation accurate.
• Coordinate through electronic health records (EHR) systems.
• Maintain medical supplies and ensure smooth, well-prepared visits.
• Support outreach efforts to schedule visits and strengthen patient engagement.
• Drive independently or with the provider to patient visits.

Job Requirements:

• Medical Assistant certification from an accredited program required.
• At least 1 year of healthcare experience (home-based care a plus) required.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification (or ability to obtain within 30 days of hire).
• You have a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• You have basic computer proficiency; and are comfortable with documentation in electronic medical records (EMRs).
• You are able to walk up 3 flights of stairs and carry up to 40 lbs. of equipment as necessary.
