Assembly Shop Laborer – Wittman, AZ

We are seeking reliable Construction Laborers to assist with assembling and setting up Connex units on an active construction site. Laborers will support the crew by moving materials, staging tools and equipment, maintaining a clean work area, and assisting with general site needs.

Responsibilities:

• Assist with the assembly and setup of Connex units on site
• Move and stage materials, tools, and equipment as needed
• Load, unload, carry, and organize materials
• Assist other trades and crew members with general labor tasks
• Keep the work area clean, organized, and free of debris
• Help prepare materials and work areas for upcoming tasks
• Follow directions from the site supervisor and crew leads
• Follow all site safety requirements and PPE guidelines

Requirements:

• Previous construction or general labor experience preferred
• Ability to perform physical labor and lift/move materials throughout the workday
• Reliable transportation and dependable attendance
• Ability to work safely around an active construction site
• Must be able to take direction and work effectively as part of a crew
• Basic hand-tool experience is a plus
