Our Story at 360X Staffing
At 360X Staffing, our foundation is built on a shared commitment to redefining the staffing experience. Founded in 2013, our vision was to merge the disciplined structure of larger organizations with the agile, client-focused creativity of a boutique firm. We believe in delivering a best-in-class experience rooted in transparency, partnership, and an unwavering dedication to quality for everyone we serve—from our field employees and internal staff to our valued clients.

Kevin’s Journey
Since moving to Arizona in 2003, Kevin’s journey in the staffing industry began as a sales representative with a large Nationwide firm working out of their Phoenix office. It was there he quickly learned the profound value of solid relationships built on trust, understanding that people genuinely prefer to do business with those they know, like, and trust. His success stemmed from fostering these connections and a deep belief in the power of staffing to help construction companies thrive. He loved enabling them to focus on their core competencies—bidding, managing, and directing work—while the staffing company expertly handled their manpower needs. This foundational experience, gained through 2011, provided invaluable insights. Kevin, along with Eric, then transitioned to a medium-sized staffing company, where he had the opportunity to apply corporate best practices to a smaller, more agile environment, blending operational necessities without burdensome oversight, ultimately enhancing client service and massive growth of that staffing company. This experience culminated in the decision to co-found 360X Staffing with his business partner, Eric Ganz, in 2013. Kevin’s roots in Columbus, Ohio, instilled a strong work ethic and the belief that hard work is essential for results—nothing is simply handed to you. As a proud alumnus of The Ohio State University, this drive to constantly improve, to do better for clients, and to create an exceptional experience is what continues to fuel him and 360X Staffing today.

Eric’s Journey
Eric began his journey in staffing in 2006 as a sales representative in Phoenix, Arizona, where he quickly developed a deep understanding of client relationship management, employee trust, and the importance of transparent communication. Early on, he recognized the critical role of aligning the right talent with the right client needs, not just in skillset but in culture and expectations. After five years with a large, structured skilled labor staffing firm, Eric transitioned with Kevin to a boutique industrial travel staffing company based in the Midwest. There, he gained hands-on experience across all aspects of the business—from operations and recruitment to payroll, accounting, and client services—while learning the value of agility and innovation in a leaner environment. In 2013, Eric launched 360X Staffing with his co-founder and business partner Kevin Blackburn, with a clear vision: to merge the discipline and structure of a larger organization with the flexibility and creativity of a smaller firm. His mission was to deliver a best-in-class experience for field employees, internal staff, and clients alike—built on transparency, partnership, and a deep commitment to quality. Rooted in the work ethic he gained growing up in the south suburbs of Chicago and inspired by the forward-thinking innovation he experienced as a proud Arizona State University alumnus, Eric has always believed that experience is everything. That belief drives every decision made at 360X Staffing—empowering the team, exceeding expectations, and setting a new standard in the staffing industry.
Our Shared Vision: AXIS
It was this combined expertise and shared philosophy that converged to create 360X Staffing. Our vision for 360X Staffing was to redefine the client experience. We recognized that clients often connected more with individuals than with the companies themselves, and we aimed to create a consistently superior experience regardless of the account manager. This commitment led us to innovate our unique style of communication, including developing our own proprietary software, AXIS. This technology has been instrumental in our growth, allowing us to effectively meet client needs, deliver a better experience, and continuously strengthen those vital relationships. AXIS empowers us to maintain high-touch relationships while streamlining processes—ensuring clients’ needs are consistently met, employees feel supported, and our internal team has the tools to succeed.
