ACCOUNTS RECEIVABLE SPECIALIST

Location: Indianapolis, IN

Pay: $60K–$70K + quarterly bonus

I’m hiring an Accounts Receivable Specialist for an established team in Indianapolis.

This is an opportunity for someone with dedicated AR experience who knows the day-to-day work of keeping receivables accurate, organized, and moving.

What you’ll do

• Manage accounts receivable activities and customer accounts
• Process and maintain receivable records accurately
• Monitor outstanding balances and follow up on collections
• Research and resolve account discrepancies
• Maintain accurate documentation and account information
• Work with internal teams and customers to resolve billing and payment issues
• Support accurate and timely month-end AR processes

What we're looking for

• Dedicated accounts receivable experience is required
• Strong attention to detail and organization
• Comfortable communicating with customers regarding outstanding balances
• Strong problem-solving and follow-through
• Ability to manage multiple accounts and priorities
