Apprentice Electrician – Goodyear, AZ

Job Description:  We are seeking Apprentice Electricians to assist with commercial electrical construction, primarily focused on underground and overhead conduit installation. Candidates should have some electrical construction experience and be comfortable working as part of a crew under the direction of Journeyman Electricians and Foremen.

Responsibilities:

• Assist with underground conduit installation
• Assist with overhead conduit installation
• Help measure, cut, assemble, and install conduit
• Assist with conduit bending and layout
• Pull and organize wire as needed
• Assist Journeyman Electricians with electrical rough-in and installation
• Load, unload, and organize materials and tools
• Maintain a clean and safe work area
• Follow all jobsite safety requirements and instructions

Requirements:

• Previous electrical construction experience preferred
• Basic knowledge of conduit and electrical installation
• Ability to use basic hand and power tools
• Ability to work from ladders, lifts, and elevated work areas when required
• OSHA 10 preferred
• Reliable transportation and dependable attendance
• Ability to work safely and effectively as part of a team
