Job Type: Temporary – 4-Month Assignment
Schedule: Monday–Friday | 8:30 AM–5:30 PM

Pay: $27.93–$34.54/hour

Position Overview

We are seeking a qualified Certified Phlebotomy Technician (CPT) to support clinical and laboratory operations. The CPT will perform phlebotomy procedures, collect and process blood specimens, and maintain patient safety and comfort throughout the specimen collection process.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform phlebotomy procedures in a clinical/laboratory setting.
• Collect and process blood specimens according to established procedures.
• Maintain patient safety and comfort during specimen collection.
• Apply knowledge of medical terminology in daily duties.
• Support clinical operations within the scope of the CPT role.
• Provide coverage for other CPTs during PTO as needed.
• Follow established healthcare and safety procedures.

Education Required

• High School Diploma or GED equivalent.

Required Qualifications

• Preferred 1–2 years of medical laboratory experience as a Certified Phlebotomy Technician (CPT).
• Proficient in medical terminology.
• Current California State Phlebotomy Licensure.
• Current Phlebotomy Certification.
• Current CPR Certificate.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred but not required.
