Communications Technician – Goodyear, AZ

Job Title: Mission Critical Communications Technician

We are seeking an experienced Communications Technician to support mission-critical space. The ideal candidate has extensive experience with fiber optics, structured network cabling, and communications infrastructure in high-reliability environments.

Responsibilities

• Install, terminate, splice, test, and troubleshoot fiber optic and copper cabling.
• Install and support structured cabling systems, network racks, patch panels, and communications equipment.
• Perform OTDR, power meter, and cable certification testing.
• Read and interpret engineering drawings and technical documentation.
• Maintain accurate installation records and test results.
• Ensure all work meets quality, safety, and industry standards.

Minimum Experience:

• Data Center Operations
• Interpret network porting labels for Cat 6 and Fiber
• Handle and Manage Cat6 and Fiber
