Construction Laborer

Job Description

Join our team for a Long Term Project with guaranteed overtime!

Schedule: Monday–Saturday | 50+ hours/week
Project Length: 3 months

Duties include operating a Wheelabrator (industrial sandblasting), spray painting steel border wall components, and maintaining a safe, organized outdoor work area. Outdoor construction experience required.

Requirements:

Comfortable working outdoors in all weather conditions
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
Steel-toed boots required
Reliable with a strong work ethic
Must be able to pass a pre-employment drug test

Pay is based on performance. Employees start at an entry-level rate, with frequent pay increases and bonuses for those who show up, work hard, and perform well.
