Construction Laborers
Job Description
Schedule: Monday – Friday | 8–10 hour shifts
Duration: 5–8 Weeks
Job Summary:We are seeking reliable and hardworking Laborers to support active construction jobsites. This role focuses on maintaining a clean, safe, and organized work environment while assisting crews with general labor tasks.
Responsibilities:
- Perform daily jobsite cleanup
- Remove trash, debris, and discarded materials
- Sweep, shovel, and maintain clean work areas
- Assist with moving materials, tools, and equipment
- Keep walkways and work zones clear and safe
- Support trades and supervisors as needed
- Follow all safety rules and PPE requirements
- Complete additional tasks as assigned
Requirements:
- Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions
- Able to lift, carry, and move materials throughout the day
- Reliable transportation and consistent attendance
- Team-oriented with a strong work ethic
- Construction experience is a plus, but not required
Physical Requirements:
- Stand, walk, bend, and lift for extended periods
- Lift up to 50 lbs regularly
- Comfortable working on active construction sites
