Job Description
The Electrical Pre-Commissioning Technician 2 is responsible for troubleshooting, testing, and supporting the startup and commissioning of electrical, controls, conveyor, and material handling systems. This role works independently, helps lead small teams, and provides guidance to junior technicians.
Key Responsibilities
- Troubleshoot electrical and controls issues on conveyor and material handling systems
- Read and understand electrical schematics, drawings, manuals, and checklists
- Support system testing, startup, commissioning, and validation
- Lead small teams and coordinate daily work activities
- Assist with pneumatic and air-operated systems
- Ensure work meets project schedules, quality standards, and safety requirements
