Per Diem: $600.00/week (available for eligible non-local travelers)

Weekly Gross: $3,160.00/week (40-hr base + per diem)

Schedule: 4x10s (Monday – Thursday) | Mix of 1st and 2nd shifts (fixed weekly) | Occasional weekend shutdowns

Duration: 4-Month Contract (Start: December 1, 2026) with long-term extension potential

Position Overview

360X Staffing is hiring 2–3 Journeyman Commercial/Industrial Electricians to execute dry-type transformer replacements and distribution upgrades at a secure federal testing complex in Lakewood, CO. This role covers the full project lifecycle: single-line verification, shutdown planning, LOTO, demo, rigging, conduit/feeder modifications, terminations, and final commissioning.

Key Responsibilities

• Verify field conditions using electrical one-line diagrams, schematics, and construction drawings.
• Plan and execute Lockout/Tagout (LOTO) protocols for complex electrical shutdowns in an occupied facility.
• Safely demo and replace medium-to-large dry-type transformers.
• Perform feeder modifications, conduit work, large wire pulls, terminations, and system grounding/bonding.
• Execute pre-functional testing, troubleshooting, and post-installation commissioning activities.

Requirements & Qualifications

• 5+ years of commercial or industrial electrical experience with hands-on transformer replacement and commissioning expertise.
• Ability to pass a federal background check for unescorted facility badging.
• Current Certifications Required:
  OSHA 10 Construction (within the last 5 years) or OSHA 30 for supervisors
  NFPA 70E Electrical Safety (within the last 3 years)
  Lockout/Tagout (LOTO) (within the last 3 years)(Course/renewal fees reimbursed through payroll after 30 days of employment).
• Site Attire & Gear: All standard PPE is provided. Candidate must supply steel-toe boots and durable work pants (jeans, Dickies, or Carhartt; no athletic wear).
