Fabrication Shop – El Centro

Working Days: Monday-Friday 

Working Hours: 50-60 hours/week 

Job Length: 6 months

We are seeking experienced Flux Core Welders (FCAW) for a 6-month shop project. Candidates must have experience performing quality FCAW welds, reading blueprints and welding symbols, and working safely in a production environment.

Responsibilities:

• Perform FCAW welding according to blueprints and specifications
• Read and interpret blueprints, shop drawings, and welding symbols
• Set up and operate welding equipment
• Inspect welds to ensure quality and compliance
• Maintain a clean and safe work area
• Work with the team to meet production goals

Requirements:

• 2-3+ years of FCAW welding experience in a shop environment
• Ability to read blueprints and welding symbols
• Experience welding in flat, horizontal, and vertical positions
• Strong attention to detail and quality workmanship
• Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
