A well-established commercial manufacturing operation in Phoenix ($20M revenue, 60 employees) is seeking a hands-on Controller to partner directly with their third-generation owner.
This is a true "Number Two" seat designed for an accounting professional who loves clean GL execution, tight closes, and leveraging AI/ERP automation to eliminate routine manual tasks. The outgoing financial leader is staying on for up to 3 months to ensure a smooth, comprehensive onboarding handoff.

- Role: Solo accounting lead overseeing full-cycle GL, payroll, daily cash, and automated workflows.
- Tech: Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central & Gusto.
- Culture: Fast-paced, transparent, and organized around EOS.
- Setup: 100% on-site (Mon–Fri) at their Phoenix facility.
- Compensation: $150k–$200k base salary + quarterly bonus ($10k–$15k).
