Flux Core Welder (FCAW) – Long-Term Opportunity

Schedule: Monday–Saturday | 56 Hours/Week
Job Length: Long Term

We are hiring experienced Flux Core Welders (FCAW) with 3–6 years of experience welding with .052" flux-cored wire in the 2G (Horizontal) and 3G (Vertical) positions.

Requirements:

• FCAW welding with .052" wire
• Air arc (carbon arc gouging) experience
• First-class groove weld repairs
• Read blueprints and welding symbols
• Heavy industrial, structural steel, fabrication, or marine experience preferred
• Strong commitment to quality and safety

What You'll Do:

• Perform structural FCAW groove welds
• Carbon arc gouge and prepare weld joints
• Inspect weld quality and complete repairs
• Operate welding and grinding equipment safely

Physical Requirements:

• Lift up to 50 lbs.
• Work in a heavy industrial environment
• Must wear required PPE, including steel-toe boots and welding gear
