Remote + 75% travel to Casper, WY or job sites in the US.
QHSE Advisor
- Create and implement growth strategies.
- Effectively and concisely communicate with clients and the field personnel as applicable to carry out business requirements.
- Continue to set the organization apart from our competitors by developing long lasting client relationships and offering Best Value through innovation, dedication, and integrity.
- Ensure that all pre-planning for projects is adequately performed, including but not limited to operator qualifications, drug, alcohol, and background check compliance, safety and performance training, etc. for clients.
- Ensure a safe work culture and mindset is embedded in the workforce.
- Develop, implement, and maintain QHSE policies and procedures to ensure alignment with legal, regulatory, and industry standards.
- Maintain and improve the Business Management System, including ISO standards oversight.
- Ensure compliance with internal requirements, client expectations, and statutory regulations through structured programs and documentation.
- Conduct regular audits and site inspections to verify compliance and identify improvement opportunities.
- Track, analyze, and report QHSE performance metrics, highlighting trends, risks, and corrective actions.
- Lead or support emergency drills and readiness exercises to validate preparedness.
- Perform risk assessments and hazard identification, recommending and implementing control measures.
- Investigate incidents, near misses, and nonconformities, ensuring root causes are identified and preventive actions are implemented.
- Support operational teams in understanding and mitigating QHSE risks across office, workshop, and field environments.
- Ensure environmental compliance, including waste management, emissions control, and environmental impact mitigation.
- Promote sustainable practices aligned with organizational and regulatory expectations.
- Review and attend to all safety issues for an understanding of daily activities and corporate goals and client alignment.
- Ensure products and services meet defined quality standards, supporting quality control processes.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives, collaborating with operations to enhance efficiency, reduce risk, and strengthen compliance.
- Ensure project quality documentation is being completed and assembled to the corporate and client requirements.
- Travel to jobs sites as required if Operations determine this is necessary.
- Track and ensure all projects are obtaining proper safety standards.
- Must be willing to travel and be gone for periods of time to support projects
