Ironworker/Welder – Tolleson, AZ

We are seeking experienced Ironworkers/Welders to support structural steel erection and installation on an active construction project. Candidates will be responsible for safely and efficiently installing structural steel components, performing welding and bolt-up work, and assisting with various ironwork activities.

Responsibilities

• Erect and install structural steel, including beams, columns, and decking.
• Install and assemble stairs, screenwalls, and other structural components.
• Perform structural welding using appropriate welding processes and equipment.
• Complete bolt-up and connection work according to project specifications.
• Read and interpret blueprints, structural drawings, and layout plans.
• Rig, position, align, and secure structural steel components.
• Use hand tools, power tools, welding equipment, and rigging equipment safely.
• Perform work at heights while following all required fall-protection and job-site safety procedures.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.
• Follow project specifications, safety requirements, and direction from supervisors.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as an Ironworker/Welder in structural steel erection.
• Experience with structural steel erection, welding, and bolt-up.
• Ability to read and understand construction drawings and blueprints.
• Comfortable working at heights and in an outdoor construction environment.
• Ability to safely lift, position, and maneuver heavy materials.
• OSHA and site-specific safety training preferred.
• Welding certifications are a plus.
