Journeyman Commercial Electrician

We are seeking experienced Journeyman Electricians for a long-term commercial/industrial electrical project in Tempe, AZ. Candidates should have strong hands-on experience with electrical installations, conduit, cable tray, wiring, and electrical equipment.

Responsibilities

• Pull and terminate electrical      wire and cable.
• Hang and install electrical      racks and support systems.
• Bend and install various types      of conduit, including EMT, rigid, and PVC.
• Install cable tray and      associated support systems.
• Install and work with      electrical gear, including switchgear and other electrical components.
• Read and interpret blueprints,      schematics, and technical drawings.
• Install electrical systems in      accordance with applicable codes, project specifications, and safety      standards.
• Coordinate with other trades      and contractors to maintain project schedules.
• Troubleshoot and diagnose      electrical issues as needed.
• Maintain a safe, clean, and      organized work environment.
• Maintain and properly use      required tools and equipment.
• Follow all project and company      safety requirements.

Qualifications

• Journeyman-level      commercial/industrial electrical experience.
• Strong conduit bending and      installation skills.
• Experience pulling wire,      installing cable tray, racks, and electrical gear.
• Ability to read and interpret      electrical plans and blueprints.
• Must have the necessary hand      and power tools for the trade.
• Ability to work a 5/10 schedule      with a 4:30 AM start      time.
• Willingness to work optional      Saturdays.

Compliance Requirements

• OSHA 10 required. OSHA certificates will be      accepted.
• 10-panel drug test: Proof of results will be      required for all candidates who are offered a position.

Candidates must successfully complete the required tool inspection prior to starting the project
