Journeyman Electrician – Hammond, LA

Key Responsibilities

• Precision Conduit Bending: Measure, cut, and bend 1/2" to 2" or larger EMT, PVC, and rigid conduit. Must be highly proficient with hand, mechanical, and hydraulic benders (including offsets, saddles, and 90s).
• Commercial Raceways: Independently lay out and install complex conduit runs, multi-tier trapeze hangers, junction boxes, and gutters across commercial structures.
• Large-Scale Wire Pulling: Set up, organize, and execute major wire pulls, including branch circuits, feeders, and large-gauge copper/aluminum cables through raceways.
• Blueprint Interpretation: Read and interpret electrical schematics, architectural prints, and line diagrams to route conduit and lay out circuits accurately.
