Job Description
Journeyman Industrial Electrician
Schedule: Monday–Friday | 10–12 hour shifts
Duration: 5 Weeks
We're hiring experienced Journeyman Industrial Electricians for a 5-week industrial project. Candidates should have strong experience running conduit, pulling wire, reading blueprints, and working safely in industrial construction or manufacturing environments.
Responsibilities:
- Install EMT, Rigid, IMC, and PVC conduit
- Pull power, control, and instrumentation wiring
- Install cable tray, strut, conduit supports, panels, and electrical devices
- Read and interpret electrical blueprints and one-line diagrams
- Perform conduit bending, threading, and underground conduit installations
- Follow NEC standards and maintain a safe, productive work environment
Qualifications:
- 5+ years of industrial electrical experience
- Strong conduit installation and wire-pulling skills
- Ability to read electrical drawings and specifications
- OSHA 10 preferred (OSHA 30 a plus)
- Reliable transportation and standard electrical hand tools required
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and work from ladders, lifts, and scaffolding
