Laborer – Mesa

Job Summary:

Labor will consist of logistics, basic mechanical work, building shelving, lockers, and water hose connections for water cooling racks.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist with assembly, installation, and movement of mechanical and electrical equipment.
• Use hand tools and power tools safely and effectively, including drills, impacts, grinders, saws, and measuring tools.
• Support installation of racking, cable tray, piping, brackets, and equipment supports.
• Load, unload, organize, and stage materials, tools, and equipment.
• Assist skilled trades with layout, mounting, fastening, and system installations.
• Perform general site cleanup, debris removal, and work area organization.
• Follow project drawings, verbal instructions, and safety procedures.
• Operate material handling equipment when qualified (forklifts, pallet jacks, lifts, etc.).
• Maintain productivity while working in physically demanding environments.

Required Qualifications:

• 1+ year of construction, manufacturing, warehouse, or mechanical experience preferred.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and ability to work with tools and equipment.
• Comfortable reading tape measures and using basic measuring/layout tools.
• Ability to follow directions and work well as part of a team.
• OSHA 10 Certification required
• Must wear required PPE
• Reliable transportation and consistent attendance.
