Master Electrician | Shoals BESS Project_Wayne County, NE

We are seeking an experienced Master Electrician to support electrical construction activities on a utility-scale Battery Energy Storage System (BESS) project.

**MUST hold NE Master Electrical license or be able to reciprocate. 

Reciprocating licensees include: Alaska, Arkansas, Colorado, Idaho, Iowa, Minnesota, Montana, New Mexico, North Dakota, Oklahoma, South Dakota, Utah, Texas, Wyoming. The applicant must have passed a State examination in order for the license to reciprocate to another State.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and perform electrical installation, troubleshooting, and commissioning.
• Supervise electrical crews and subcontractors.
• Interpret electrical drawings, plans, and specifications.
• Ensure installations meet NEC, safety, and project requirements.
• Coordinate daily electrical activities with the Superintendent and Project Manager.
• Inspect work for quality and address field issues as they arise.
• Maintain a safe and organized jobsite.

Qualifications

• Active Master Electrician license required.
• 5+ years of commercial, industrial, utility, or renewable electrical experience.
• BESS, solar, substation, or utility-scale electrical experience preferred.
• Strong knowledge of NEC requirements and electrical systems.
• Ability to lead crews and coordinate subcontractors.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
