Position Summary
CareNational is seeking an experienced Night Charge RN – OR to provide safe, high-quality nursing care while leading and coordinating the surgical team during the night shift.
Requirements
- Active California RN License
- Current CPR certification
- Minimum 3 years of recent RN experience
- Minimum 2 years of recent specialty-area experience
- Recent Operating Room RN experience
- Strong Charge RN experience required
- Excellent clinical judgment, leadership, and communication skills
Key Responsibilities
- Provide individualized care to surgical patients.
- Lead and coordinate nursing staff during the night shift.
- Manage patient care assignments and department workflow.
- Support complex and high-risk clinical situations.
- Collaborate with surgeons, anesthesia, nurses, and ancillary staff.
- Ensure accurate documentation and quality patient outcomes.
- Serve as a patient and family advocate.
No on-call requirement.
