Scaffold Erector

Working Days: Monday- Friday
Working Hours: 50+
Job Length: 1 month
We are hiring dependable, safety-focused Scaffold Laborers and Scaffold Erectors for commercial and industrial job sites. Candidates will assist with the assembly, modification, and dismantling of scaffolding systems supporting electrical crews and other trades.
Responsibilities:
- Build, modify, and dismantle scaffold systems
- Read scaffold drawings and layout plans
- Install guardrails, ladders, ties, and fall protection
- Inspect scaffolds for safety and needed repairs
- Support electrical and construction crews with safe access
- Maintain OSHA and site safety compliance
- Assist with loading, unloading, and organizing scaffold materials
Requirements:
- Ability to lift 50–75 lbs regularly
- Comfortable working at heights and outdoors
- OSHA 10 or OSHA 30 required
- Reliable transportation and dependable attendance
- Able to work overtime, weekends, or shutdowns as needed
- Must pass site-specific safety requirements/drug screening if required
Preferred for Scaffold Erectors:
- Previous commercial, industrial, or refinery scaffold experience
- Knowledge of frame, system, tube & clamp, or suspended scaffolds
- Competent Person certification/training preferred
- Experience supporting electrical or industrial trades
