Senior Project Manager_Solar

Must have utility scale solar project portfolio. 

Remote with 50% travel. 

The Project Manager supports the planning and execution of multiple construction projects ranging from $1M–$50M. This role works closely with Superintendents, Project Managers, and Owners to ensure projects are completed safely, on time, within budget, and to quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage contracts, change orders, submittals, purchasing, budgets, cost coding, and resource allocation.
• Attend project planning and coordination meetings.
• Review plans, specifications, submittals, and site progress for quality and compliance.
• Prepare RFIs, correspondence, notices, and maintain accurate project documentation.
• Track schedules, budgets, deliverables, and project goals.
• Coordinate with owners, subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams.

Requirements:

• 5+ years of project management experience in medium/high-voltage distribution, substations, or utility-scale solar.
• Strong communication, organization, problem-solving, and computer skills.
• Experience with CPM schedules, RFIs, submittals, payment reviews, and site coordination.
• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering preferred; Civil Engineering or Construction Management considered.
• Valid driver’s license required.
