Shop Fabricator

SHOP FABRICATOR

Schedule: Monday–Saturday | 10–12 hour shifts
Duration: 3–4 Months

Seeking experienced Shop Fabricators for a large-scale industrial electrical/construction project.

Responsibilities:

• Fabricate process piping, pipe/cable tray supports, transformer vaults, and structural/mechanical components.
• Read and interpret fabrication drawings and isometrics.
• Measure, layout, cut, drill, grind, fit, and assemble materials.
• Perform pipe and structural steel fit-up.
• Prepare components for welding and final assembly.
• Inspect work for accurate dimensions, alignment, and quality.
• Safely operate shop tools and equipment while following PPE and safety requirements.

Qualifications:

• Industrial, pipe, or structural fabrication experience preferred.
• Strong blueprint/print reading and measurement skills.
• Proficient with fabrication tools and equipment.
• Welding experience is a plus.
• Strong attention to detail, safety, and quality.
• Reliable attendance and strong work ethic required.
• Must speak english for safety reasons.

Pay: Determined by a hands-on fabrication qualification test evaluating fit-up, measurements, layout, workmanship, tool proficiency, productivity, and safety.
