Shop – Night Structural Welders

We are currently seeking a skilled and safety-conscious Night Shift Structural Welder with experience in Flux Core Arc Welding (FCAW) using 1/16” wire to join our team.

The ideal candidate will:

• Have a strong understanding of structural steel welding.
• Be able to read blueprints and interpret weld symbols.
• Assemble and weld heavy steel components to precise specifications.

Requirements:

• Must pass an on-site weld test, including Complete Joint Penetration (CJP) 3G-4G (full penetration welds).
• Must pass a drug test.

Compensation:

• Up to $28.00/hour, depending on experience and weld test results.
