Senior Director, Healthcare Analytics

We are seeking a healthcare analytics leader to turn complex data into practical insights for financial and operational decisions. This role oversees analytics, risk adjustment, and project management activities while improving reporting systems, workflows, and team performance.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead teams supporting risk adjustment and operational projects, including staff development and performance management.
• Manage data warehouse operations, SQL scripts, stored procedures, and data marts.
• Develop dashboards, automated reports, and applications to support financial and clinical operations.
• Analyze healthcare costs, provider performance, claims productivity, and reimbursement.
• Support hospital contract modeling and financial reporting.
• Improve workflows, reduce administrative inefficiencies, and strengthen data accessibility.
• Coordinate projects across departments and communicate progress, priorities, and obstacles to leadership.
• Maintain data confidentiality and follow applicable privacy and compliance requirements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science degree.
• Three to five years of experience in data warehousing and analytics.
• Previous management experience.
• Strong SQL programming skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel.
• Ability to translate operational needs into useful reports, applications, and process improvements.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and written and verbal communication skills.
