Superintendent

We are seeking an experienced Construction Superintendent to oversee on-site construction activities for Renewable Natural Gas (RNG) facility projects. Responsibilities include managing subcontractors and field crews, coordinating multiple trades, monitoring schedules and quality, and enforcing site safety standards.

Requirements:

• 10+ years of industrial construction experience.
• 5+ years of supervisory or construction management experience.
• Experience with industrial, energy, gas processing, or similar projects preferred.
• Ability to read construction drawings, P&IDs, and project schedules.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• OSHA 30 certification preferred.

Schedule: 7 days per week, 60–72 hours per week
Job Duration: 4 months
Environment: Active industrial construction site; outdoor work required.
