VDC & Solutions Manager
Location: Phoenix, AZ
Pay: $95,000–$120,000
We’re hiring a hands-on VDC & Solutions Manager to lead a small BIM/VDC team while staying involved in electrical design, modeling, coordination, and prefabrication.
What We’re Looking For
- 5+ years of BIM/VDC experience
- Strong Revit, AutoCAD, and Navisworks skills
- Electrical construction or MEP experience
- Hands-on 2D/3D modeling and design experience
- Clash detection and constructability experience
- Experience with electrical prefabrication and field layout preferred
- Experience leading or mentoring a technical team
- Electrical field experience is a plus
- Self-motivated, hands-on, and willing to take ownership
What You’ll Do
- Lead electrical BIM/VDC coordination across multiple projects
- Manage 2 Layout Specialists and 1 BIM Modeler
- Create and review models, drawings, and designs
- Coordinate clash detection and resolve design conflicts
- Support electrical prefabrication, shop drawings, and material lists
- Work with project managers, field crews, and other trades
- Improve design, fabrication, and field processes
Position Details
- In-office – Phoenix, AZ
- Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM start with flexibility
- No weekends or out-of-state travel
- Local project site visits
- Company-provided laptop and phone
- Phone allowance
