Welding Shop Laborers

Schedule: Monday–Saturday | 50–60 hrs/week 

Duration: Long-Term 

Requirements: Must pass a pre-employment drug test.

Seeking a reliable Welding Shop Laborer to support our outdoor fabrication yard and welding crew.

Responsibilities:

• Load, unload, move, and stage steel and materials
• Assist welders with fitting, positioning, and material handling
• Operate basic hand/power tools, grinders, saws, and cutting equipment
• Perform grinding, sanding, cleanup, and general labor
• Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work area

Requirements:

• Comfortable working outdoors in all weather conditions
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs. and perform physical labor for extended periods
• Reliable, safety-conscious, and willing to wear required PPE
• Forklift experience preferred
